How to use: Apply to dry lashes and brows every night before bedtime from root to tip. For lashes, apply to top and bottom lashes (roll wand on top of the top lashes as well as underneath just like a mascara and to bottom lashes). May be used any time of day if not wearing mascara. Can be washed off with any water-based cleanser.
