I not only use this for body and face it helps you sleep if you rub it on your feet at night.

I have chronic back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, pelvis pain hip pain from an accident. I use the magnesium spray and it absolutely takes your pain. I did not believe but now I am such a believer. Don’t go anywhere without Magnesium spray. Thank you for all you done for me.

This is awesome

I love this stuff i have anxiety and a lot of pain as i am getting older it works great!! The Calm and Cozy sells so nice but makes me sneeze lol. Works very well
