I was so surprised the bottle was big I've never used magnesium spray before I have an old ankle injury and lots of pain with cold weather well I used this today and I love it.
If you need to sleep better.... this product is for you! I spray the bottom of my feet before bed, let it dry and literally sleep through the night. I'm talkin' not even getting up to go potty. Which is totally normal for me! I love this product! You need it if your in menopause too!
I not only use this for body and face it helps you sleep if you rub it on your feet at night.

I have chronic back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, pelvis pain hip pain from an accident. I use the magnesium spray and it absolutely takes your pain. I did not believe but now I am such a believer. Donβt go anywhere without Magnesium spray. Thank you for all you done for me.
I love this stuff i have anxiety and a lot of pain as i am getting older it works great!! The Calm and Cozy sells so nice but makes me sneeze lol. Works very well
